Environmental Policy

Primasil Silicones is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of silicone rubber products and compounds. An independent company in operation since 1978. Primasil is located in the village of Weobley in Herefordshire.

It is the declared policy of Primasil Silicones Ltd to comply with the relevant environmental legislation and regulations and other requirements to which the company subscribe, by documenting, implementing and maintaining the Environmental Management System standard BS EN ISO 14001.

The Primasil Silicones Management Team will ensure that all personnel in the company’s operations have appropriate training so that each individual concerned understands the environmental aspects and controls of their responsibilities. The policy will be communicated to all employees and be made available to the public.

It is Primasil Silicones policy to continually strive to improve environmentally performance and prevention of pollution. Also to assist the environmental standards of all third parties involved in the company’s business including suppliers and contractors which will help promote better environmental practices.

Primasil Silicones Environmental Management Programme sets objectives, and targets, with a structure to enable subsequent reviews to be undertaken.
