What materials are available?
Medical LSR grade material is availabe in addition to our in-house USP Class VI and FDA approved HCR silicones, and our technical experts can advise on suitable materials dependant upon the level of invasiveness and duration of implantation.

We work closely with surgeons, doctors and clinicians as well as OEM’s at various stages of their projects. These projects may include innovative silicone over-moulding onto various substrates, micro-mouldings and custom made platinum extrusions.
Providing both cleanroom and normal shop floor production we can satisfy the requirements of your medical device product regardless of the stage of the project or your budget. Our tooling capabilities can move through the project too from initial rapid prototyping to full automation.
